How to connect to our FTP site

You may have landed at this page because you are trying to find out how to get files to us. Reading on will explain how this works and what you will have to do.

You will of course require a username and password to login to our ftp server; this will have already been set up for you or if you require a new one please call and we can set one up for you: 0115 962 6262

And of course you will require our hostname or server IP address:
Server IP or hostname - 80.176.192.25

Macintosh users:
You will have to use a program like Fetch or Transmit, these are both FTP Client programs and are very simple to use although any compatible FTP client program should work.

Windows users:
It is preferable for you to use an FTP client program like Smart FTP, CuteFTP or FileZilla; although any compatible FTP client program should work.
